By accessing or using this website (JayGrossforJudge.com) operated by/for Municipal Judge Campaign you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree, please do not use the Site.

1.Purpose of the Site:

Purpose of the Site exists solely to provide information about our candidacy for Conroe, TX Municipal Judge, share campaign updates, and encourage civic participation. It is not a solicitation for campaign contributions unless explicitly stated on a separate, compliant donation page.

2. Eligibility:

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a citizen of the United States to submit any form, comment, or donation through this Site. We reserve the right to refuse service or contributions to/from anyone, for any reason.

3. User Conduct:

You agree not to:
• Post threats, harassment, defamation, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam, phish, or attempt to collect personal data
• Disrupt the Site’s functionality (e.g., DDoS, bots) We may remove content or ban users without notice if we believe they violate these rules.

4. Campaign Contributions:

Any donation feature links to a third-party processor (e.g., ActBlue, WinRed, or a compliant vendor). We do not store your payment info. All contributions are voluntary, non-refundable unless deemed necessary to uphold ethical campaign requirements, and subject to federal and state campaign finance laws, i.e Texas Ethics Commission. You certify you are making the donation with your own funds not corporate, foreign, or reimbursed money.

5. Intellectual Property:

All text, photos, logos, videos, and graphics on this Site are owned by Campaign or licensed to us. You may share links or quote short excerpts for personal, non-commercial use with credit. No commercial reproduction or resale without written permission.

6. Privacy:

See our separate Privacy Policy for how we handle your email, name, address, or other data. We do not sell your information.

7. Disclaimers:

This Site is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about accuracy, uptime or results from viewing this site. We are not liable for:
• Lack of information due to Site downtime
• Errors in campaign materials
• Third-party links or ads

8. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Campaign, its volunteers, staff, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site even if we were told about the risk.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas and the City of Conroe, Tx, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County.

10. Changes:

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version. Check back occasionally—we’ll note the “Last updated” date.
